Angela, Office Manager
- Duties: Assisting in every aspect of patient care.
- Has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1998
- Has worked for Davis & Davis Orthodontics since 2000
- Favorite thing about the practice of Orthodontics: Monitoring the patient from start to finish. I love to see the change that occurs with the treatment of orthodontics.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Dale & Dr. Lisa: Both are very easy going and fun to work with!! They make coming to work something to look forward to.
- Favorite thing about my job: Working with all ages of patients from ages 7 to 75, and, as I stated above, I love being able to see the before and after results and how it improves one's self esteem.

- Family: My husband Jeff and I have a daughter named Audrey and five indoor cats named Beatrice, Bo, Xanthos, Bridget, and Maximus
- Favorite Activities: Spending time with my family and friends. I love to bike ride around Bay City, garden in my yard, and play cards with family and friends in my spare time.
Kirsten, Scheduling Coordinator
- Duties: Setting up appointments, answering phones, greeting patients, and assisting with their needs.

- Favorite thing about the practice of Orthodontics: Helping people achieve a beautiful smile - it's great to look at our before and after treatment photos - orthodontics makes such a huge difference for many people!
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Dale & Dr. Lisa: Both Doctors are extremely easy to approach and they always like to stay in touch with the latest technology in orthodontics, which makes working with them always interesting.
- Favorite thing about my job: Our patients, my awesome co-workers, and the many learning opportunities occurring in our office.

- Family: My husband Matt and I have a daughter named Elizabeth and a son named Joshua, who was born in May 2007. We have two dogs named Bridger and Sunny, a horse named Pearl, and many barn cats.
- Favorite Activities: Spending time with my family and friends is my favorite. I like to cook, backpack, rollerblade, bike, swim, travel, and attend various concerts and art fairs. I also am active in a pet rescue program and foster animals whenever I am needed.
Wendy, Scheduling Coordinator
- Duties: Setting up appointments, answering phones, greeting patients, and assisting with their needs.

- Favorite thing about the practice of Orthodontics: So far, I like everything about orthodontics.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Dale & Dr. Lisa: They both make me laugh everyday. They are genuinely nice people who show their employees how much we are appreciated all the time.
- Favorite thing about my job: The friends I have made with my co-workers and patients also make me laugh daily. Also, the staff training trips have been cool.

- Family: I live with my mother, Juleen, and with my puppy, Trumbull, and my extended family consists of my sister Ann, brother-in-law Chris, and niece Rennie. I also have many friends that I consider family.
- Favorite Activities: Hanging out and spending time with my family and friends.
Missy, Records Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator
- Duties: I take diagnostic records (photos, x-rays, and impressions) on new patients and I also set up appointments, answer the phones, greet patients, and assist them with their needs

- Favorite thing about the practice of Orthodontics: I love seeing the before and after treatment photos.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Dale & Dr. Lisa: I like to watch both Dr. Dale and Dr. Lisa interact with the patients about their orthodontic treatment. Also, they are both easy to work with and make it very easy to come to work.
- Favorite thing about my job: I like working with the doctors and co-workers to help give the very best orthodontic care possible and knowing that we are making a positive change in the patient's self esteem.

- Family: I have two sons named Jim & Zac. We also have a two Carin terriers.
- Favorite Activities: Spending time with my children and girltalk with my girlfriends. I also like to kayak, bike, garden, and design jewelry.
Debbie, Financial Coordinator
- Duties: Setting up appointments, answering phones, insurance billing, and accounts receivable.

- Family: My husband Frank and I have two sons named Scott and Kevin. We also have one CUTE little dog named Quincy and two cats named Pudge and Murray.

Ilene, Treatment Coordinator & Orthodontic Assistant
- Duties: Assisting Dr. Dale and Dr. Lisa with new patient exams, completing most of the dental office correspondence, orthodontic assistant training, and helping in the clinical area whenever needed.

- Favorite thing about the practice of Orthodontics: I love to help make a person's smile great so they will have the confidence to use it for the rest of their life.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Dale & Dr. Lisa: Both Dr. Dale and Dr. Lisa are awesome! They are very easy to work with, generous, and make great teachers.
- Favorite thing about my job: I have lots of hands-on work and get satisfaction in a job well done. I love working in an office that is up on the latest equipment and orthodontic technology. There is always something new and fun to learn.

- Family: My husband, Dennis, and I have been married since 1980 and have four children, three daughters named Kelli, Kathy, and Kristi, and a son named Steven. Our daughter Kelli has married and we now have a grandson named Tyson and grandaughter named Kaelyn.
- Favorite Activities: Spending time with my family and friends. I also like to sew, knit, attended many of our children's sporting events, and relax at home.
Annie, Orthodontic Assistant

Becky, Orthodontic Assistant

Lisa, Lab Technician
- Duties: Assisting Dr. Dale and Dr. Lisa with removing braces and fabricating all patient appliances (retainers, expanders, etc.).
- Has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1974
- Has worked for Davis & Davis Orthodontics since 1998
- Favorite thing about the practice of Orthodontics: I love watching how patients become so confident when their braces come off and they are left with this beautiful smile. The process is like a cocoon turning into a beautiful butterfly!!
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Dale & Dr. Lisa: What can I say! What an absolutely wonderful atmosphere to work in. The doctors are just the best. Besides the fact that they're great at what they do, they are both wonderful bosses. And the staff - well, they are the best at what they do and are a blast to work with. There are always smiles and laughter. Davis & Davis is a really fun place to work.
- Favorite thing about my job: Being a part of creating beautiful smiles for our patients. It is a good feeling seeing someone happy when they get a retainer to replace a missing tooth that is a perfect match for their mouth. It makes me feel a little like 'Picasso'!

- Family: My husband, Ken, and I have been married since 1980 and have three children, two sons named Kenny & Christopher, and a daughter named Emily. Our son Kenny has married and we now have grandchildren, a girl named Autum, and a little boy Named Caleb. We also have a yellow lab named L.B.J. (little bubby jr.), a black lab named Niki, and two cats named Sammy & Gwennie.
- Favorite Activities: Spending time with my family and friends. I also like to scrapbook, sew, knit, quilt, cook, and snowmobile and camp with my family.
